Heard learned counsel for writ petitioner and at the admission stage the following order is passed.

The writ petitioner seeks a writ in the nature of Mandamus declaring the action of the second respondent in not registering a case against respondent Nos. 3 & 4, as illegal, arbitrary and against the principles of natural justice.

Petitioner's case is that he entered into an agreement with the third respondent herein on 18.9.2017. Thereafter, some disputes arose between the parties and the complaint lodged by him was not registered by the respondents 1 and 2, therefore, he seeks indulgence. As can be seen, the petitioner is having legal recourse under the provisions of Criminal Procedure Code, if the complaint is not registered by the police. In that view of the matter, liberty is given to the petitioner to take legal recourse available to him under the provisions of Criminal Procedure Code for vindicating his rights.

UDPR,J W.P.NO. 36609 OF 2017 The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel there to, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
