ORDER

This criminal petition is filed by the petitioner-accused No.4 seeking to quash the proceedings against them in SC Spl. No.86 of 2025 on the flle of the Special Judge for trial of cases under SC/ST (PoA) Act, Nizamabad, Nizamabad District, registered for the offences under Sections 85, 115(1),292 & 351(2) of BNS and Section 3(1Xr)(s) of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 2015 (for short 'SC & ST Act').

2. Heard Mr. Syed Ahmed, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Jithender Rao Veeramalla, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent No. 1 -State

3 Though this petition ls filed to quash the proceedings against the petitioner in the SC, during the course of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner restricted his arguments to the extent of dispensing with the presence of the petitioner before the trial court

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted to pass appropriate orders in the petition

5. Perused the record.

6. A perusal of the record discloses that the petitioner is facing the offences under Sections 85, 115(1),292 & 351(2) of BNS and Section 3(1XrXs) of SC & ST. Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court deems it appropriate to dispense with the attendance of the petitioner before the trial court.

7. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of dispensing with the attendance of the petitioner before the trial court provided she is represented by a counsel before the trial court on every date of hearing and shall appear before the trial court whenever her presence is required during the course of trial.
