Though the prayer refers to several reliefs, Mr.Narasimha Rao confined his submissions to direct the 5th respondent to look into representation dated 19.10.2017 and do as circumstances warrant. The Assistant Government Pleader (Home) submits that 5th respondent will look into the representation and as the perception is evaluated, appropriate decision is taken.

The statement is placed on record and the writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
