The reason stated by the petitioner for occurrence of the said delay is that due to non-availability of some documents, the file could not be resubmitted on time and hence requested to condone the same.

Considering the said reason, which appears to be reasonable, I.A.No.1 of 2026 is allowed and the delay of 5 days in representing the Crl.P.(SR).No.20781 of 2025 is condoned.
