CVNR,J & MSKJ,J WP.40176 of 2016 THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY & THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE M.S.K.JAI SWAL WRI T PETI TI ON No.40176 of 2016 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for issuance of the habeas corpus by directing respondents Nos.1 to 3 to produce the children of the petitioner, by names, Kristine (7 years), Krish (5 years) and Knshawn (3 years) from the unlawful custody of respondent No.4 and deliver their custody to the petitioner.

At the hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that after notices were issued by this court on 22.11.2016, respondent No.4 has handed over the three children, referred to above, to the custody of the petitioner, and that the cause in this writ petition does not survive.
