The writ petition is filed to declare the inaction of the fifth respondent-Inspector Auditor, Wakf Circle No.4, A.P. State Wakf Board, in pursuance of Memo in F.No.35/Hyd/Permission/ 2014, dated 17.11.2014, as being illegal and arbitrary and consequently, to direct the
fifth respondent to conduct spot inspection at the residential premises of the petitioner and submit a report to the respondents 2 to 4. The learned standing counsel for the second respondent-Andhra Pradesh State Wakf Board submits that the fifth respondent submitted a report to the second respondent on 23.01.2015 and in view of thereof, no further orders are required in the present writ petition. Recording the statement made by the learned standing counsel for the second respondent, which is not opposed by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
