HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT W.P. No.35670 OF 2017 ORDER:
Heard Dr.J.Vijayalakshmi for petitioners and Mr.Sharath, learned Government Pleader for respondents.
Though the letter is for withdrawing the writ petition filed by petitioners on 30.10.2017, the Government Pleader, on instructions, opposes the request of petitioners for withdrawing the writ petition without proper implications for the exit, in other words, the respondents are pressing for awarding costs while permitting the withdrawal.
The counsel for petitioners has explained in detail the events that have happened from 25.10.2017. Having regard to the scheduled meeting and the rejection order, the petitioners feel the cause in the writ petition need not be pursued. From the material on record, it appears the petitioners do not want to prosecute the writ prayer which this Court is prepared to accept having regard to the objections raised by the learned Government Pleader, withdrawal is ordered subject to petitioners depositing a sum of Rs.1,000/ -(Rupees one thousand only) to the credit of Secretary, Legal Services Authority, State of Telangana. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the above condition.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. ___________ S.V.BHATT, J Date: 01.11.2017 Stp
