THE HONOURABLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI I.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2019 In/and CRIMINAL PETITION No.11409 of 2018 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., is filed by the petitioner/accused No.4 seeking to quash the proceedings against him in C.C.No.193 of 2011 on the file of IV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 403, 406, 418, 465 and 120-B read with 34 I.PC.

During pendency of the Criminal Petition, I.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2019 came to be filed by the 2nd respondent-de facto complainant to permit him to compound the case against the petitioner/accused and to record the compromise. Along with the petition, a joint compromise memo which is signed by the parties and their counsel, photographs of the parties and Photostat copies of their Aadhar Cards came to be filed. It is stated in the affidavit that at the intervention of elders and well wishers, the parties have settled their disputes and he has no objection if the proceedings are quashed against the petitioner in the afore-stated Calendar Case.

In the light of the compromise arrived at between the parties, the joint compromise memo filed by the both parties is taken on record and I.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2019 are ordered. 5.

Consequently, the Criminal Petition is allowed in terms of compromise, and the proceedings in C.C.No.193 of 2011 on the file of IV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, are hereby quashed against the petitioner/accused. However, the

petitioner/accused is directed to deposit an amount of Rs.5,000/- before the High Court Legal Services Committee, Hyderabad and the 2nd respondent-de facto complainant is directed to deposit an amount of Rs.5,000/- before the Telangana High Court Bar Association, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
