THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.36808 of 2017 ORDER:

The petitioner complains against inaction in investigating FIR No.691 of 2016 on the file of 3rd respondent by filing the present writ petition.

The Assistant Government Pleader on instructions submits that the investigation would be completed expeditiously and the report, as circumstances warrant, will be filed before the Court.

Hence, I am satisfied and the writ petition can be disposed of by this order.

The 3rd respondent to investigate and expeditiously file report, preferably within eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
