The learned counsel for petitioner after arguing for sometime and also taking note of the submission of Assistant Government Pleader for Home, insofar as memorandum of understanding dated 16.09.2017 is concerned, seeks liberty right to approach the Court of competent jurisdiction for all reliefs including the order prohibiting whosoever is interfering with the right of the petitioner. Writ petition is disposed of, by granting liberty as prayed for. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
