Heard.

This writ petition is filed alleging that respondents 3 and 4 are interfering with the petitioner's personal life and liberty and pressurizing him to settle the money dispute between the petitioner and the 5th respondent. Learned Government Pleader has received instructions, wherein while denying the petitioner's allegation it is stated that the 3rd respondent has no knowledge about the transaction between the petitioner and the 5th respondent and that the 5th respondent never gave any complaint to the 3rd respondent against the petitioner and as such, summoning of the petitioner to the police station does not arise. It is also stated that the 5th respondent never approached the 3rd respondent at any time. It is also stated that respondents 3 and 4 never interfered with the civil dispute including the alleged transaction between the petitioner and the 5th respondent.

In view of the specific stand of respondents 3 and 4 that they never interfered with the civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the 5th respondent and that no case is pending against the petitioner, the same is recorded and the writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
