The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the criminal petition with liberty to file a writ petition before the Division Bench under the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (SARFAESI Act), in view of the Singh Judge order in Crl.P.No.2403 of 2013 dated 17.12.2013 in Indian Bank, Himayatnagar Branch, represented by its Authorized Officer v. State of Andhra Pradesh, represented by Public Prosecutor. Permission is accorded, as sought for.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
