The petitioner prays for the following relief :- " ..... to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction, particularly one in the nature of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents 2 to 4 herein in interfering with the civil disputes between the petitioner and the respondents 5 to 7 herein, by supporting the respondents 5 to 7 herein and threatening the petitioner with dire consequences if the petitioner obstruct the respondents 5 to 7 herein in respect of my agricultural land admeasuring Ac.0.37 gts. in S.No.323 situate at Edulapuram Village, Khammam Rural Mandal, Khammam District, bounded by East: Land of Vempati Ramakotiah and Seethaiah, West: Land of Mirala Rangamma, North: Land of Vempati Ramakotiah and Seethaiah and South: Government Donka lands to Ponnekallu (Ponnekallu Donka), which is the subject matter of suit O.S.No.

430 of 2013 on the file of the court of the Senior Civil Judge at Khammam as illegal, arbitrary, unreasonable, without jurisdiction, without authority of law and also violative of Articles 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and issue a consequential direction to the respondents 2 to 4 herein not to extend any help to the respondents 5 to 7 herein in respect of petitioner's above said land ....."

Sri M.Rajamalla Reddy, after taking note of written instructions, dated 23.10.2017, requests the Court to place the written instructions on record and dispose of the writ petition accordingly.

The statement is placed on record.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of by placing written instructions dated 23.10.2017 on record. No order as to costs.
