Respondent Petition under Section 438 of Cr.P.C., praying that in the circumstances stated in the memorandum of grounds filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to enlarge the petitioners/accused No. 1 and 3 on bail in the event of arrest in Crime No. 106/2015 of Nadendla Police Station, Guntur District. The petition coming on for hearing upon perusing the petition and memorandum of grounds filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri G.Sravan Kumar, Advocate for the Petitioners and of the Public Prosecutor for the Respondent, the Court made the following " Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are ready to settle the issue with the de facto complainant and therefore, some time may be granted.

Post this matter on 23-11-2015.

Till then, the respondent-police are directed not to arrest the petitioners. The petitioners are also directed to appear before the Police concerned for interrogation purpose."
