Heard Sri K.Sanjeev for petitioner and the Assistant Government Pleader (Home).

The petitioner complains against the 3rd respondent in interfering in civil dispute, at the instance of 4th respondent, as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional. The petitioner states that O.S.No.140 of 2017 on the file of the II Additional Junior Civil Judge, Karimnagar, is pending.

The Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions from 3rd respondent, submits that at the instance of 4th respondent, on 28.10.2017 FIR No.193 of 2017 is registered for the offence punishable under Section 447 IPC. Except investigating, the 3rd respondent has not done anything and the 3rd respondent is not meddling in the dispute pending before the Civil Court. The statement is placed on record and accepted. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
