THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.8884 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 is filed by the petitioners/accused seeking to direct the police to release them on bail in the event of their arrest in connection with un-numbered Crime of 2016 on the file of Kallur Police Station, Kallur, Khammam District.

2. Heard and perused the material available on record.

3. It is informed by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that no case was registered against the petitioners and no complaint given by the de facto complainant is pending. Hence, this Criminal Petition is not maintainable and is liable to be dismissed.

4. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioners are at liberty to approach appropriate Forum if any case is registered against them.
