Heard Mr.T.V.Kalyan Singh for petitioners, the Assistant Government Pleader (Home) for respondents 1 to 7 and Mr.S.R.Mahajir for respondent No.14.

Mr.Kalyan Singh, having regard to the pendency of W.P.No.6368 of 2017, seeks liberty to withdraw the writ petition to file applications as are deemed fit and necessary either for impleadment or for other consequential reliefs in the pending writ petition.

The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of. The inaction if continues even after reasonable period, liberty is given to petitioner to approach the authority or this Court. There shall no order as to costs.
