This writ petition is filed to set aside the proceedings No.ANU/Affiliation/University Service Fee/2012, dated 26.11.2012, of the respondent, demanding the petitioner admission/registration/recognition/ university services fee at Rs.72,000/- for 120 students for the academic year 2012-13 in addition to the fee fixed by the Committee for Fixation of Fee Structure in Private Unaided Professional Colleges constituted by the Govt. of A.P. prescribed under Andhra Pradesh Private Minority and Non-Minority (Aided/Unaided) Colleges of Education (Regulation of Admissions into B.Ed Course through Common Entrance Test) Rules, 2005 made under the Andhra Pradesh Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admissions and Prohibition of Capitation Fee) Act, 1983. 2.

Today, at the hearing, Mr.D.Kasim Saheb, learned counsel for the petitioner, has submitted that as the interim order, dated 11.03.2013, in W.P.M.P.No.9022 of 2013 worked itself out, no further adjudication of the writ petition is necessary.

In view of the above fact, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
