Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.

The petitioner is running business in the name and style of M/s.Metro Washers in plot No.18, Sy.No.1 situated at Nagole, and had installed a transformer for the business purpose in front of their premises. The petitioner claims to have shifted the business to Sy.No.89 Dhobi Ghat land, near Janapriya High School, Nagole, and submitted a representation for shifting of electricity meter and transformer to the new premises. When the said representation was not considered, a legal notice dated 22.11.2014 was issued to respondent Nos.2 and 3. As no action was taken pursuant to the said representation and legal notice, the present Writ Petition is filed.

In spite of granting time to the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents, no instructions have been obtained. In the circumstances, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.11.2014, and legal notice dated 22.11.2015, in accordance with the terms and conditions of supply, and pass appropriate orders thereon, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
