No representation for the petitioners/Accused. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh would represent that the Investigating Officer filed charge sheet and it was assigned PRC.No.37 of 2015 and thereafter, on committal, the Sessions Division assigned SC.No.40 of 2016 and, hence, the present petition becomes infructuous.

In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous at the stage of admission itself.
