THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION NO.4533 OF 2014 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/A1, A3 and A4 in Cr. No.40 of 2014 on the file of the Chengomul Police Station, Ranga Reddy District. 2.

At the time of arguments, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that after completion of investigation, the Investigating Officer filed charge sheet in the said crime before the concerned court.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, no further orders need be passed in this petition. Accordingly, this criminal petition is closed.
