HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.38898 OF 2018 ORDER:

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking to declare the action of the 2nd respondent in not disposing of the representation dated 25.9.2018, submitted by the petitioner seeking to demolish the compound wall and room in Sy.No.203 and 204, Wadepally Village Siwar, Warangal, as per the provisions of the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner submitted a representation on 25.9.2018, to the 2nd respondent, seeking to demolish the compound wall and room in Sy.No.203 and 204, Wadepally Village Siwar, Warangal, no action has been taken so far.

Smt P. Lakshmi, learned Standing Counsel for the Warangal Municipality, would submit that a direction may be given to the 2nd respondent, to pass appropriate orders, on the representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondents, to deal with the representation dated 25.09.2018, submitted by the petitioner seeking to demolish the compound wall and room in Sy.No.203 and 204, Wadepally Village Siwar, Warangal, and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law as early as possible, preferably within a period of four to six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, by giving reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and all concerned. No order as to costs. As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, WP.M.Ps if any pending shall stand closed.
