THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY WRIT PETITION NO.38796 OF 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India to quash the proceedings in Crime No.634 of 2017 pending on the file of Jagathgirigutta Police Station, Cyberabad District, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 498-A and 420 of Indian Penal Code (for short "I.P.C.") During hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the State of Telangana brought to the notice of this Court about filing of Charge Sheet in the said Case.

In view of the submission made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the State of Telangana, the cause in this writ petition does not survive any further for adjudication and becomes infructuous.

In the result, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. However, liberty is given to the writ petitioner to file appropriate application.

The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
