Heard Mrs.Y.Jhansi, holding for Mr.Sivaraju Srinivas, counsel for revision petitioner and Mr.B.Vijay Kumar for respondents 7 to 9 and 11 to 15.

The revision petitioner/ plaintiff No.4 challenges the order in I.A.No.685 of 2009 in L.A.No.105 of 2002 in O.S.No.27 of 1996 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Bapatla.

The trial Court through the order impugned in the revision constituted trust board for Indian Independence Memorial Bapatla Town Hall Trust Board. The tenure of the trust board is from March, 2013 to February, 2018. The counsel for petitioner submits that with the completion of period for which the board was appointed, the cause in the revision does not survive for consideration. The statement is placed on record and the revision is, accordingly, dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
