THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.35243 OF 2017 ORDER:

The petitioner prays for the following relief: "......writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondent No.3 in not registering the F.I.R. against the accused, as illegal, arbitrary and in violation of principles of natural justice and consequently directed the respondents to conduct the investigation.........." The Assistant Government Pleader on instructions submits that the complaint dated 16.05.2017 is registered as a Crime on 24.10.2017 and the matter would be investigated in accordance with law. Learned counsel appearing for petitioner, having regard to the statement placed on record, does not press the writ prayer.

Writ Petition is accordingly closed. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
