THE HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.41607 OF 2015 PC: (per the Hon'ble The Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Mr. Praveen Kumar Challa, learned counsel for respondent No.5 submits that respondent No.5 has already filed proceedings under Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 before IV Metropolitan Magistrate and she has also filed application for custody of children. He further submits that learned Magistrate has issued notice to the petitioners.

In view thereof, Mr. Kowturu Pavan Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners does not press this Writ Petition and seeks liberty to the petitioners to raise all contentions in those proceedings and also to oppose the application for custody of children.

Writ Petition is disposed of as not pressed with liberty as prayed. It is also open to the petitioners to take appropriate remedy for redressal of their grievance, if circumstances so demand.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of.
