CVNR, J & KVL, J WP.No.3699 of 2002 Dt: 26.10.2017 Order: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed assailing Common Order, dated 28-09-2001, to the extent it pertains to OA.No.6623 of 2000 on the file of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal at Hyderabad (for short 'the Tribunal').

At the hearing, Mr.A.Satya Prasad, learned Senior Counsel appearing for Mr.V.Ajay Kumar, learned Counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the dispute raised by the petitioner before the Tribunal pertains to DSC-98. He has fairly conceded that after the said recruitment, many more recruitments have taken place.

In the light of these subsequent events, the cause in this Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication and the same is, accordingly, disposed of as infructuous.
