This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, assailing the order dated 05.10.2015 passed in I.A. No.195 of 2014 in O.S. No.298 of 2014 on the file of the Court of Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad. 2.

As per the office note submitted by the Registry, the trial Court disposed of the suit on 29.8.2017. In view of the disposal of the main suit, the purpose of filing of the revision petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this revision shall stand closed.
