THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.38816 OF 2017 ORDER:

The prayer of the writ petition reads as follows: ".....declaring the action of the respondent police in not giving the protection to the petitioner and his agricultural lands situated in Sy.No.130 admeasuring Ac.1.18 gts and Sy.No.129 Ac.0.11 gts situated at Pathipaka Village, Shayampet Mandal, Warangal Rural District from the hands of the unofficial respondents basing on the judgment dated 11.08.2017 passed by the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Parkal in O.S.No.140/2016, is illegal, arbitrary.........."

The lis is already pending in the Civil Court, therefore, petitioner is given liberty to move comprehensive applications before the Executing Court.

As such, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition and the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
