HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM W.P.No.7560 of 2016 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner is that the 2nd respondent is meddling with his personal affairs in relation to the house property bearing Door No.6-41 situated at Jagganguda Gram Panchayat, Sampanbole Village, Shamirpet Tahsil, Ranga Reddy District, at the instance of respondents 3 and 4, who are his younger brothers, without any authority and without initiating any proceedings.

Heard.

Admittedly, as on date, there is no order or notice issued to the petitioner in what circumstances the 2nd respondent is orally summoning the petitioner. If the 2nd respondent desires to take any action with respect to the property in question, he can do so only by putting the petitioner on notice in writing categorically specifying the authority and the provisions under which he is exercising such power.

Subject to the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
