At the hearing, it is submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that the subject matter of the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.

Recording the above submission of the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Civil Revision Petition, CRPMP.No.157 of 2013, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is dismissed as infructuous.
