THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE D.V.S.S.SOMAYAJULU I .A.NO.1 OF 2 0 1 8 I N/ AND C.R.P.NO.4 9 9 OF 2 0 1 4 ORDER:- I.A.No.1 of 2018 is filed seeking permission of this court to withdraw the revision petition. Enclosed to this application is a Memorandum of Understanding by which the tenant has stated that he has agreed to handover the vacant possession of the premises on 31-03-2018. The landlord has also given a receipt, dated 31-03-2018, stating that he has received the vacant possession of the property. Accordingly, I.A.No.1 of 2018 is allowed and the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. The interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
