This Criminal Petition under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure (for short 'Cr.P.C') is filed by the petitioner/accused No.1 to quash the proceedings in FIR No.720 of 2015 pending on the file of S.H.O., Meerpet Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offence under Section 306 of IPC.

Heard Sri M. Ajay Kumar, learned counsel for petitioner. Learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana represented that the Police have already filed charge sheet on 30.06.2016 and it was taken cognizance by the learned II Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Medchal, and numbered as PRC.26 of 2016 and hence, the instant petition, which is filed for quashment of the Proceedings in FIR No. 720 of 2015, has became infructuous and prayed to dismiss the petition. It is seen that pending Criminal Petition, no stay was granted. In view of the submission of both the counsel, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, in this case, shall stand closed.
