ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking out of docket order in I.A.No.135 of 2013 in I.A.No.1189 of 2012 in O.S.No.1007 of 2012 on the file of II Additional Senior Civil Judge, Warangal, whereunder the interim stay grated earlier was extended by the trial Court. Aggrieved by the same, the present revision is filed.

Today when the matter came up for hearing, the learned Counsel representing the revision petitioner reported that the suit itself was disposed of long back and therefore nothing survives in this revision for adjudication.

Accordingly, recording the submission of the learned Counsel for the revision petitioner, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
