THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.35809 of 2017 ORDER:

The petitioner prays for the following relief :- " .... to issue a writ or more in the nature of a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ order or direction to direct respondent nos. 2 & 3 not to call the petitioner in the course of investigation and not to make the petitioner to sit in the police station from morning to evening on the instigation of respondent No.4 and consequently declare the action of respondent nos.2 & 3 harassing the petitioner on the name of investigation is arbitrary, illegal and violative of the Constitution of India ...."

As the preventive relief is not supported by proper allegations muchless proof, this Court is not inclined to exercise its jurisdiction or discretion. Further, the charge-sheet is also filed and the law is taking its own course.
