Heard Mr M.Ramalingeswara Reddy for petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. The instant writ petition is filed complaining in action of respondents on the written complaint dated 29.08.2017 and also direct the respondents to conduct enquiry into the complaint in accordance with law.

The Assistant Government Pleader places on record the written instructions dated 16.10.2017.

According to instructions, the written complaint dated 29.08.2017 has been registered on 15.10.2017 in Crime No.429 of 2017 under Sections 427 and 506 of I.P.C. and the grievance is untenable. From the above, this Court is of the view that the grievance of the petitioner is substantially attended to and answered by respondents. Hence, no further orders are necessary. The writ petition is disposed of by placing on record written instructions dated 16.10.2017. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed. ________________ S. V.
