HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.38567 of 2017 ORDER:
The petitioner, who is an octogenarian, filed complaint against 8th respondent and others and the same is registered as FIR No.638 of 2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 120-B, 420, 468 and 471 of IPC.
The writ petition is filed complaining lack of investigation by 5th respondent.
The Assistant Government Pleader (Home), on instructions, submits that the 5th respondent, taking note of the age of the petitioner and also the allegations namely false, impersonation etc., is taking up the investigation with required speed and since an FIR is registered, the 5th respondent will do all possible to complete the investigation within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
The statement is placed on record and accepted. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
