None appears for the petitioner.

When the matter is taken up, written instructions, dated 22.11.2017, furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Keesara Police Station have been placed on record by the learned Government Pleader for Home. The said instructions read as under:

"In due obedience to the filing of the writ petition by the petitioner herein, this respondent contacted the petitioner and obtained a fresh similar complaint on 10.11.2017. Basing on the contents of the complaint dt.10.11.2017, a case in Cr.No.418/2017 U/secs.447, 420, 465, 468, 471 IPC dt.10.11.2017 was registered against the 5th and 6th respondent herein and taken up the investigation into the case.

The 5th and 6th respondents herein are shown as accused A1 and A2 in the FIR.

It is submitted that the investigation is at the initial stage. Necessary steps will be taken against the accused concerned depending on the evidence adduced during the course of investigation, appropriate report U/sec.173 Cr.P.C. will be filed before the concerned Hon'ble Court. I assure to this Hon'ble Court that the investigation will be completed as expeditiously as possible.

It is humbly submitted that some delay was occurred in taking action on the complaint of the petitioner herein and the delay is neither willful nor wanton, for which, I seek pardon of this Hon'ble Court."

The above written instructions are placed on record and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
