THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI Writ Petition No.36029 of 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner seeking verbatim the following relief/s: '....to issue a writ or order more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus or appropriate writ directing the fourth respondent to file requisition for sanction to prosecute the seventh respondent in Crime No.527 of 2014 u/s 12(1)(b) of Passports Act and if the sanction is already requisitioned then directing the sixth respondent to consider the request and take appropriate decision and communicate it to the third respondent in a time bound manner and pass such order and other orders as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the interest of justice.'

At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that after this writ petition is instituted, sanction was obtained and charge sheet was resubmitted and that a Calendar Case was also taken on file by the Court concerned and that in that view of the matter, no cause survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

Recording the afore-said submissions, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed. __________________________ M. SEETHARAMA MURTI, J 06.04.2018 Vjl
