Heard Mr.Gulam Rabbani for petitioner and the Assistant Government Pleader (Home) for respondents.

The prayer is substantially against inaction in taking up investigation in Cr.No.121 of 2017. The Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the petitioner herein is also accused in Cr.No.296 of 2017 on the file of 3rd respondent and both the crimes are investigated. The statement is placed on record. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of. The inaction if continues even after reasonable period, liberty is given to petitioner to approach the authority or this Court. There shall no order as to costs.
