The Contempt Case is filed for willful disobedience and violation of the order dated 02.12.2016 passed in W.P. No.41931 of 2016 by this Court.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Public Prosecutor and perused the material on record. As the FIR in crime No.91 of 2018 is registered on 22.01.2018, by the L.B Nagar P.S, Rachakonda District, under Section 471 IPC, the contempt case is closed. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
