The prayer of the writ petition reads as follows: "..........writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or order or directions to direct the respondent nos.2 & 3 to implement the orders in E.A.No.173/2009 in E.P.No.164/2009 in O.S.No.115/1994 on the file of Junior Civil Judge at Nalgonda District by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 22.10.2010, 29.11.2010, 12.04.2012, 23.01.2017 & 11.09.2017 in respect of the land adm A.3.22 gts in Sy.No.5/EE and land adm.Ac.1.37 gts in Sy.No.5/E total land adm.Ac.5.29 gts situated at Khaji Ramaram village, Thipparthi Revenue Mandal, Nalgonda District................." For the present, the writ prayer is not pressed by counsel for petitioner.

Writ petition is dismissed as not pressed. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
