This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the inaction on the part of the learned Senior Civil Judge at Miryalaguda in disposing of I.A.No.1028 of 2017 in O.S.No.104 of 2012.

At the time of arguments, the only relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner is to direct the learned Senior Civil Judge at Miryalaguda to dispose of I.A.No.1028 of 2017 in O.S.No.104 of 2012 as expeditiously as possible. 3.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the main case.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned Senior Civil Judge at Miryalaguda is hereby directed to dispose of I.A.No.1028 of 2017 in O.S.No.104 of 2012 as expeditiously as possible.

With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. 6.
