THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S. RAMACHANDRA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.2369 OF 2015 ORDER:

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that a charge sheet has since been filed in the matter, copy of the same has been produced before this Court and the same has been supplied to the learned Public Prosecutor. Having regard to the said fact, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Criminal Petition with liberty to file another petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., for quashing of the charge sheet.

Granting liberty as sought for by the learned Counsel for the petitioners, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
