THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.36474 of 2017 ORDER:

The petitioners pray for the following relief :- " .....to issue Writ of Mandamus, order or orders direction or directions declaring the action of the Respondents 3 and 4, in harassing and calling the Petitioners to appear before them and detaining them, without there being any complaint nor any crime being registered against them, as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and consequently direct the Respondents not to harass the Petitioners by calling the Petitioners to appear before them and by harassing and detaining them without there being any complaint nor crime against them..... "

The Assistant Government Pleader (Home) places on record written instructions dated 01.11.2017 and states that for the present no crime is registered against the petitioners and allegation that the respondents summoned the petitioners to the police station is denied.
