After hearing both sides, at the admission stage, the following order is passed:

2. As can be seen from the F.I.R and the statements of the witnesses found in the C.D file, there is a prima facie accusation against the accused for the charges. As such, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings.

3. In the result, this Criminal Petition is dismissed. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
