ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:

"... to issue a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondent No.1 in conducting

public auction on 15-10-2014 for the license hold rights to collect the coconut halves for a period of one year from 16-10-2014 as per notification dated 01-10-2014 issued by the respondent No.1-temple as illegal, arbitrary, void, against the principles of natural justice and violative of Article 14 of Constitution of India and consequently, to quash the auction notification, dated 01-102014." At the hearing, Mr. M.Vidyasagar, learned counsel representing Mr. W.B.Srinivas, learned counsel for the petitioner, has submitted that the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication.

. In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
