Though this matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal', none appeared for the petitioners and there is no representation on their behalf.

On the other hand, Smt.Pulipati Radhika, learned counsel for the respondents, submits that the subject matter of this revision petition has become infructuous, and therefore, the petitioners might have remained absent.

In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents, and due to the non-appearance of the petitioners, the revision petition is dismissed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
