THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.37393 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard Mr Md.Ajmal Ahmed, counsel for petitioner and Assistant Government Pleader (Home) for respondents 1 to 3. Fathima Sulthana is petitioner and the petitioner is locked in civil dispute with Md. Gulam Nabi-4th respondent herein.

The complaint of petitioner is that at the insistence or instance of 4th respondent, the 3rd respondent is pressuring the petitioner to vacate from premises bearing No.5-3-21, Mangaligadda locality, Jagitial District, Karimnagar, more particularly to induct 4th respondent into possession of the said house.

The Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions submits that respondents 2 and 3 are not either interfering with the civil dispute between petitioner and 4th respondent or much less calling upon the petitioner to vacate the premises bearing No.5-3-21 and facilitate 4th respondent to occupy the same.

The statement of Assistant Government Pleader is placed on record.

Writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
