HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.39121 of 2017 ORDER:

The petitioner prays for the following relief :- " .....pleased to issue writ or order or directions especially one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of Respondents that after passing the stay order by this Hon'ble court in crime number 434/ 2017, even interfering and disturbing petitioner's regular life and threatening him is illegal, arbitrary and violativ of Article 14 and 21 of constitution of India and besides being opposed to the principles of natural justice and direct the respondents to follow the proper procedure."

The Assistant Government Pleader (Home), on instructions, submits that police are not threatening and interfering with the personal life and liberty of petitioner.

By placing on record the statement of Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
